Carved white marble capital, decorated with large acanthus leaves arranged in an upward bundle, typical of the Corinthian order.

The leaves are finely veined, with deep relief, creating a beautiful sense of movement towards the top.

The lower section is moulded with a circular torus, while four volutes dominate the upper part.

Soft patina, natural wear, and chips consistent with its age.

14th Century -15th Century or earlier.
